/The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is a division of the Executive Office of the President that co-ordinates federal environmental efforts in the US. and works closely with agencies and other White House offices on the development of environmental and energy policies and initiatives.
The LWVWI added their signature to this letter, along with collaborating organizations, requesting that the CEQ exert leadership in ensuring a comprehensive environmental review be conducted for the entire Enbridge Line 5 and that any permit approvals be consistent with the Biden Administration's priorities on climate and environmental justice.
