This year National Voter Registration Day falls on Thursday, September 28! Our League is planning efforts throughout the fall to make sure anyone who wants to can register to vote or confirm their status. The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) website myvote.wi.gov is the place to go for all such matters. For those of you who live in Ashland County, or are interested in redistricting, there will be a meeting on Tuesday, August 31 at 9 am in the Courthouse Boardroom which you can attend to observe or give your input regarding the maps proposed based on the last census.
