Those attending in person will be able to write questions on cards distributed by League of Women Voters members. A screener will review and organize the questions to avoid duplication and defamatory comments; a moderator will read questions aloud to the candidates. Each candidate will have one to two minutes to answer questions, time at the discretion of the moderator. Candidates will have two minutes for opening statements and one minute for closing statements.
