Wisconsin kids desperately need a budget that closes the gaps, and the one presented by the Joint Committee on Finance (JFC) makes them wider. We must stand up before it's too late.
The Wisconsin Public Education Network is hosting a Statewide Day of Action on Monday, June 21, and is urging all Wisconsinites to take action in your community. Together, we can advocate to stop the cuts to public schools and fund the future for our children.
WPEN calls on all supporters of strong public schools - parents, educators, superintendents, principals, board members, business partners and community supporters - to hold and attend high-visibility, non-partisan events statewide at the local level to be held over the course of the day and amplified statewide.
Fill out this form to RSVP as a participant or to sign up to help plan a non-partisan event in your area. When you sign up, WPEN will be in touch to share information on regional events. Note: if you sign up to help organize a nonpartisan local budget action event, WPEN will be in touch to share registration info for your region.
