It is not necessary to join one of the virtual gatherings to take action. You can contact legislators anytime, but we would love to know if you do.
Attached you'll find contact information (Sawyer separated from Ashland/Bayfield) and sample messages for your state and federal representatives and senators. If you'd like to shorten the message, just use what is in bold.
Feel free to call (it's fine to leave a message), email, or send a postcard. Or all three, for more oomph.
You'll also find a link to a petition to sign and a sample letter to the editor.
Keep track of how many actions you take so we can add them together and let the rest of the Chapter know what we've accomplished!
