Read MoreDrive-Up registration and voter assistance events are being held at the Sherman & Ruth Wiess Community Library, 10788 WI -77, in Hayward on Wednesdays during Aug, Sept and through October 14 from 10AM-2PM. Masks are mandatory. A valid DMV issued license or DMV issued photo ID is required to use the MyVote.wi.gov online services. Paper forms are available for registration and absentee ballot requests.

Read MoreCommunities United by Water came together at the Ashland, Wisconsin Band Shell on July 1, 2020 to challenge Enbridge to a traditional game of Lacrosse to settle their differences.
The group walked from the Lake Superior waterfront to the Enbridge pipeline contractors headquarters south of the city and made their challenge. Nobody answered the door. In fact the place was empty, until the next day July 2, when several trucks, as had been the case, were on site.
