The Burke Center will be hosting leading water experts in a panel discussion on Bayfield County groundwater, Lake Superior, and the Great Lakes Compact.

The program will consist of brief presentations, a moderated panel discussion, and an audience Q&A session.

MODERATOR:

Peter Annin, director of the Mary Griggs Burke Center for Freshwater Innovation, author of Tthe Great Lakes Water Wars, and leading expert on water diversions in the Great Lakes basin.

PANELISTS:

Todd Ambs, Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and one of the state’s leading water policy experts.

Ken Bradbury, State Geologist and Director of the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey, and one of Wisconsin’s leading groundwater experts.
