May 12th 7th Congressional District Special Election: Vote Absentee!
Dear Members and Friends,
Next Wednesday, April 22, is the deadline to register to vote online at myvote.wi.gov for the upcoming 7th Congressional District election, which is scheduled for May 12th.
The League of Women Voters of Ashland and Bayfield Counties would like your help to make sure as many Wisconsinites as possible participate in the upcoming May 12th 7th Congressional District Election! We'll be looking for all to join the Rally to get people in this district registered and able to vote in as safe a manner as possible!
Join us for a quick 15 minute session on what you can do!!!
You are invited to join one of three 15-minute Rally Calls tomorrow, Friday, April 17th, at 9 am, 12 noon or 3 pm. You only need to join one meeting, if you are able!
It will be possible to phone in without using the Zoom app. If you are joining online via Zoom and have never used it, you will want to download the app to your computer or device ahead of time. https://zoom.us/download
In addition, on Friday all members and friends will receive an email with the message to share with any and all of your potential Wisconsin Voter contacts via social media, snail mail or telephone.
Sue Niemi will be leading the Zoom meetings, and Roger Aiken will be keeping track of questions and comments.
