“Thanks to president-elect Sue Niemi’s expertise, the League of Women Voters of Ashland and Bayfield Counties is implementing virtual conferencing. Even before the current Coronavirus pandemic, we knew it would be a good way to go and decided to hold this month’s meeting in such a manner. This will be particularly valuable in light of prevalent health concerns and a desire to reduce our carbon footprint.
